Commonly Asked Questions About What To Expect

1. Do I need to register in advance?  No advanced registration is required. Just find a time on our schedule that works best for you and arrive 10-15 mins early to set up your mat and kettlebells.

2. What do I need to bring?  A bottle of water, a towel, an open mind and open heart.

3. Are the bootcamp classes co-ed?  Yes, all of our class are co-ed.

4. Are all classes instructed by Master Coach Jennifer & Coach Vice?  Jennifer and Vice do teach a lot of the classes at Make It Happen, but not all. Please know that all of our coaches are highly qualified and personally instructed by Jennifer. We have complete confidence you will be happy with the leadership by all coaches at MIH.

5. How early should I arrive before class?  Arrive 10-15 mins early to set up your mat and kettlebells. Coming late will disrupt the flow of the class, so please arrive early.

6. How many people are there in a group training class?  Class size various depending on the class time and time of year. On average, classes have about 15-20 participants. Regardless of class, expect there to be tons of positive energy!

7. Does Make It Happen have payment options?  Yes, we offer payment plans for all memberships.

8. Do I need to be experienced in training with kettlebells to participate?  No prior experience with kettlebells needed. If you do not have previous experience, then it is highly recommended to arrive 15 mins early so the instructor can give you a quick, introductory tutorial.

9. Are your workouts intense? VERY INTENSE! Even though the workouts are very challenging, you must go at your own pace and take rest breaks when needed. With consistant training, you too will be blasting through these workouts!

10. How often should I come to train?  We recommend no less than 3 times a week.

11. What is the average age of participants at Make It Happen?  With have participants of various ages, from 16 - 60 years of age.
